Peripheral territories are creating (or joininng) shared cultural proposals between various villages from the same region, or from neighboring regions that share concerns and, of course, public. With Marta Oliveres as moderator, we will share experiences around the networks of cultural proposals with Amaranda Gibert (from the Garrotxa festival Això al poble no li agradarà), Rocío Caballero (Teatre Auditori Felip Pedrell, member of the Transversal network) and Xènia Gaya (Festivals Terres de l’Ebre and Col·lectiu Cultura).
