We know a lot about the cultural initiatives that take place in the capitals, but … what do we know about the festivals that take place in the North Pole? Or in a former Russian republic in Central Asia? Or in East Africa? Three cultural activities will explain to us how to decentralize the focus of culture, putting in value all that their respective territories can offer. We will discover the Friday Milk collective and the Inversia festival, which ais held in Murmansk (Russia); the festival of art, science and electronic music Stithia Music, located in Moynaq (Uzbekistan); and finally we will get to know more details about Nyege Nyege, a collective and festival recognized for its musical diversity and that takes place in Kampala (Uganda).
