In the old days, in times of war, in the villages they used to cast bells to make weapons. This artistic intervention reverses that process. The bell, made by assembling brass caps from the pellet cartridges used by hunters in the Delta, refers to its ancestral use: communication. Deaths, weddings, parties, dangers and misfortunes.

As director of the L’Aula al Pati project (at Lo Pati art centre), Alfred Porres Pla has developed community art projects such as #mosmorirem, Sediments or Conviure al Parc. He has exhibited in Loop Barcelona, ARCO Madrid or the Microwave Festival of Hong Kong and currently combines the visual arts with his musical project Rampaire.
