The AV installation “Multiverse” is a hypnotic VR experience that combines virtual dance, clouds-like visuals, bone conducting vibration, synchronized breathing, and an immersive sound-score. This combination aims to create a short (between 8 and 10 minutes) and intense journey that invites relaxation and allows the imagination to soar. The spectator (or “passenger”) can wear a transducer jacket equipped with six oscillators that verberates precise frequencies throughout the body, delivering a unique haptic experience (also accessible to people with hearing disabilities). Behind this experience is Humanhood, created by Catalan Julia Robert and Birmingham-born Rudi Cole, who since 2016 have been developing in the British and international dance scene with their symbiosis of science, physics, and mystically-rooted choreographies.
