In the Museum of Tortosa, we will witness with this art installation by Leo Pum how the Colombian visual artist and researcher encompasses the languages of sculpture and installation, digital art, design, and multimedia. His artistic research revolves around the geology of digital media, the materiality of the digital archive, and the sensitivities of machines/tools in new modes of production and manufacturing, thus leading to the anthropogenic impact of the relationship between nature and technology. For this project, he has collaborated with the experimental music outfit RIIIM, which works with ambient music from the concepts of machine viscera and a hybrid proposal of live installation and performance in which they install microphones on all kinds of devices and vehicles.
