“Campredó: Via Estreta” is a project by the Mapasonor association, Kilian Estrada and Sàgar Malé. This is a sonic performance experience set in the deteriorating train station building, a space they are advocating to use for community activities. The performance will feature a soundscape composed of recordings from the life of Campredó, blending with the voices of the elderly, evoking the oral memory of the village, its wartime past, and its connection with the train.

Mapasonor has a history spanning over 20 years in the field of audiovisual documentary work in countries like Palestine, Tunisia, Afghanistan, and Senegal, as well as on Mediterranean islands. They have also created performances that integrate musical interpretation, artistic languages, and especially soundscapes, as seen in “Mataró: de Mancos a Djembereng” at the Mataró Museum.
