Thug and proud, Nerve Agent is a quartet from Villarrobledo (Albacete) that four years ago sold their drum kit and decided to change strategy: from the punk-metal of their beginnings they moved to hardcore techno and hardbass. Since then, their energetic performances along with projects such as Chill Mafia, Plasaporros or Parkineos, and the mouth-to-ear hype aroused by their album “12 attacks”, have profiled them as standard bearers of a new electro-punk that combines rural and working class pride, the need to have a good time and the urgency to break everything. Fast bases and funny lyrics that capture in a crude and casual (not at all pamphleteer) way generational feelings and anger at precarious work, prohibitive rents, depressive hedonism and environmental apocalypse.
