Tatsumi & Masako is the project of Catalan musician Raül Sala. A member of the electronic duo Talcö, he has been producing music for over 10 years for documentaries, short films, advertising, and theater. His music traverses synthetic pop with touches of IDM, indietronica, ambient, and noise, while maintaining an experimental edge, creating a soundtrack-like atmosphere. Always accompanied by visuals from Batista (Óscar Fernández), at Eufònic he will present his fifth album “L’ànima indomable” (Aiguamoll / Camping, 2024) as well as tracks from the previous “Amor o Exili” (Synth Vicious, 2022), a tragic love story told in five acts, including a tribute to Godard’s film “Alphaville”. Sala explores synth pop sounds, trap rhythms, and ambient landscapes sprinkled with noise. His songs has been featured in radio stations like Radio 3, iCat FM, or Radio Primavera Sound. He has also performed at festivals like Artclic, SonicJune, or Febretrónica, organized by Ultralocal-Records.
