More artists and AV shows for the afternoons at the Auditorium and the Eufònic 2025 Nights at the Dance Hall
If you’re still unsure, from today onwards you shouldn’t have any doubts: Eufònic 2025 is coming in strong! And yes, you can now grab your day pass (Friday, July 11th or Saturday, July 12th) or the full 2-day pass. Choose your favorite day (with its night) or go the extra mile and come for the whole Eufònic 2025 weekend (which we recommend, because the rest of the activities are unmissable!).
Yugen Blakrok and Blanca Paloma are set to blaze the Eufònic nights
If you don’t know Blanca Paloma, now’s the time to get acquainted. After her stint at Eurovision 2023, the flamenco-rooted singer presents her highly anticipated album “Jaleo,” a super Eufònic fusion of folklore and electronica.
And, if you need even more power, you can’t miss Yugen Blakrok, the cult South African rapper within alternative hip hop. Known for her collaboration on the movie Black Panther, Blakrok will present her new album, The Illusion of Being, where she mixes hard-hitting rhythms and meditative melodies to create a captivating and futuristic sound.
This selection also includes Jon & The Rabbit, one of the freshest and most innovative electronic proposals on the Barcelona scene, who will bring the delicacy of the indie soul with the electronic rhythmic power to the stage of the nights; and Mézinc, an already announced proposal that lovers of experimental and danceable electronica cannot miss. Have you thought of James Holden and Rival Consoles? You’re on the right track.
And, if that weren’t enough, the program of each night will close with two special DJ sets that we will announce later. We can’t say more. 😉
More AV shows at the La Lira Ampostina’s Auditorium
The La Lira Auditorium incorporates new high-impact audiovisual proposals. The renowned London producer Hyetal will present “Red Gates” (2024), the new work with visual artist R3N and writer Tim Maughan. An abstract and immersive narrative experience, multi-format (sound, visuals and writing), told in the first person. Hyetal provides the soundtrack to a virtual world in a show that references early rave sound, synthesizers, analog scores, digital experimentation and post-rock.
On the other hand, visual artist and technological creative Marta Verde joins forces with composer and sound artist José Venditti to present “Espectro Dorado” (Golden Spectrum), an AV performance where they explore the mystical, symbolic and historical charge of golden shine through the elements of light, image and sound. An exploration of the human connection with the color gold as a symbol of abundance, wealth and power, as well as the ancient use of the precious metal for spiritual and ceremonial purposes.
These two shows join the already announced Murcof, Caïn و Muchi + Malo Lacroix, Hinako Omori, Mireia Calafell + Nil Ciuró + Oscila, all included in the festival pass. In total, six A/V shows in just two afternoons! July 11th and 12th.
