As part of the Eufònic STNBL programming line, we are bringing back this artistic installation that serves as a visual testimony to the transformation of plants in a world where anthropogenic noise invades all landscapes. 3D-printed sculptures rise as “new plants,” silent witnesses to the metamorphosis of vegetal creatures that have mutated at a cellular level to adapt to the new sonic reality they inhabit. As in other conceptual projects, visual and experimental designer Andrea Badia, aka @NDDR3, draws inspiration from the organic forms of nature and continues to explore techniques such as 3D modeling and generative graphics. At Eufònic 2023, she already took over the festival’s virtual environment, our Synthetic Room, with the piece “Digital Erosion.”
