The public presentation of the composition workshop for film and performing arts with Clara Aguilar is postponed until the autumn at the SGAE Foundation in Barcelona.
The result of an intensive workshop held in May at the SGAE Foundation headquarters in Barcelona, this collective showcase presents pieces created by a group of participants who worked from an audiovisual piece commissioned by the D’A Festival de Cinema de Barcelona. Guided by Clara Aguilar, Arnau Brichs, Daniel Ruiz, Joana Subirats, Jordi Font Figueras, Pablo Seijo, Daniel Cornes, Sergi Andrades, and Lucía Broto, they explored new ways of using sound as a creative and narrative tool, focusing on deep listening, spatial awareness, and the relationship between sound, movement, and image.
Over the course of four sessions, and using tools such as Logic Pro and Qlab, the group developed original compositions through a shared process of experimentation, crossing the boundaries between music, performance, and contemporary sound creation.
