Taking advantage of Laetitia Sadier’s visit with the Isidora project as part of the Eufònic Night at Amposta Castle on Friday the 12th, the French-born singer and composer and member of the legendary 90s London art pop group Stereolab will hold a conversation with Anna Cerdà the following afternoon about music, activism, and how art can and should be key in the fight against the current reactionary wave. Anna Cerdà i Callís is a cultural manager and activist who exercises as director at Paral·lel 62. During her time in the Exhibitions department at MACBA, she has combined her work with various interests, particularly in the musical field. She was co-director of the popArb festival and since 2017 has been involved in the design and organization of Acció Cultura Viva, a festival that goes beyond music and is promoted by the Barcelona City Council through the Cultura Viva program, supporting community cultural practices of public value. Additionally, she is part of the Governing Council of La Murga, a cultural cooperative, a member of the MIM Association (Women in the Music Industry), and serves on the advisory committee of L’Auditori and Xàfec, the Network of small and medium-sized music festivals in Catalonia.

This is an open activity; no registration is required.
