Dreamwave never dies, fortunately. Dewinter, from Barcelona, and consisting of voices, synths and bass, have a particular weakness for 80s synth-pop and post punk, as well as for 90s trance. You might think of Curve and Cocteau Twins, of Erasure and Beach house: between shoegaze and electronic textures. Their newly released EP “Contractures”, adds the subtle Italo-disco of Sally Shapiro, letting ourselves go.
