A new way to perceive something that we know perfectly in the Terres de l’Ebre: “the hour of the mosquito”. Fruit of their artistic residence Eufònic / Lo Pati 2023, these two audiovisual artists propose a piece-installation that explores the contrast between the sublime of colors and landscape at dawn and sunset andthe interference of high mosquito activity. The video brings us so close to this phenomenon that it becomes a sensory language. And the sound piece invites us to a “deep listening” of mosquitos buzzing.Llúcia is a video editor and sound creator from Amposta, graduated in Communication and Audiovisual Journalism and with a PhD of Audiovisual Innovation in the Basque Country. María is from Bilbao, graduated in Advertising and graduated in the Doctorate Degree of Contemporary Art, Technology and Performance of the University of the Basque Country.
