An artist from Bilbao who emigrated to Sweden, Marta Reguera declares herself an absolute fan of The Knife and Wildbirds & Peacedrums, and it couldn’t sound better: her name is a derivation of the surname of Mies van der Rohe and she appears on the stage as an electronic singer-songwriter, suggestive avant-pop tinged with darkness and melodic experimentation. With so few performances in the country, the Max Cahner Cloister will be her ideal place.
