After the inaugural journey aboard the La Perla boat, once back on solid ground, the first night will close with a set by Mexican producer Diego Alonso, known as s e r é n a t e, by the riverside at Lo Balconet.
With the release this spring of the EP “iteraciones” (iterations), the solo musical project of Mexican architect and producer Diego Alonso approaches the genres of dreampop and ambient music in tracks filled with dreamlike vocal melodies that seek to induce us into a state of total relaxation and enjoyment. This work, along with the preparation of a second part more oriented towards house, consolidates the trajectory of s e r é n a t e, a project that began in 2019 and has since moved from the lo-fi textures of its beginnings to more synthwave and dream pop sounds, always with the unwavering goal of making us dance so gently that we become aware of our breathing.
