Behind the Sarabiotic project, we find Sara Groborz, a Polish-British multimedia artist based in Barcelona. She develops her work at the intersection of sound, generative visuals, and immersive environments. In the performance she will present at BotCamp, “Symbiotic Resonance: A Journey Through Microbial Soundscapes”, she translates the unseen world of cyanobacteria into a lush audio-visual experience. Inspired by microbial ecologies and ancient rhythms of photosynthesis, the work layers ambient textures, pulsating patterns, and evolving harmonies to evoke a world where primordial life breathes through sound and light. Using tools like TouchDesigner and Ableton Live, Sarabiotic builds living systems that respond and transform — inviting audiences into a meditative journey through aquatic micro-landscapes and the delicate symbiosis that sustains life on Earth.
