With the release of his first EP, “SOL” (Satellite K, 2021), Cesc Valverde (also known as the drummer of the group Ginestà) started his most personal project, delving into all the stages and sensations of someone who lives a rupture. Sadness, fragility, loneliness, and becoming at peace with oneself are also key themes of his first album, “Blau” (Satellite K, 2022). Rough and intimate lyrics at the pace of an urban pop that casts light on the globalized grief of his generation. In live Cesc’s voice and acoustic guitar are accompanied by Andrea Puig (electric guitar), Gerard Sala (keyboards) and Eloi Canyelles (backing vocals and samples).
