Cell phones, computers, smart speakers, payment services… soon everything will talk to us and we’ll talk to everything. Due to the advances in artificial intelligence, there are more and more devices capable of producing synthetic voices. And these hyper-realistic voices that speak to us affectionately also connect us to complex corporate systems. The aim of this workshop by the artist Jaume Ferrete is to identify usually hidden aspects of these voices that surround us and learn to use them in different ways than expected. Do not be afraid, there’s no need to have previous technical knowledge.
