Portuguese multimedia designer, sound artist and researcher João de Nóbrega Pupo leads a sound walk through the fluvial islet of Gràcia, a restricted-access area in the heart of the Delta. A calm walk to sharpen the ears and rediscover our connection to the landscape through mindful listening. With simple exercises and prompts, the walk becomes a sensory exploration: a slow, meditative journey that invites us to perceive the environment through sound, silence, and presence.
