14th open call for artistic residencies in the Delta de l’Ebre.

Here we are again! Eufònic and Lo Pati – Centre d’Art Terres de l’Ebre, two of the poles of creativity in the south of Catalonia, open the 14th call for creative residencies 2025, aimed to promote experimental creation in dialogue with the landscape and the natural environment of the Terres de l’Ebre: experimental sound art, music and video projects, visual arts and digital-performative arts based on a unique environment and context such as the Ebre Delta natural park, a fragile territory with an incomparable landscape and sound value.

Who can apply?

This call is aimed at artists and creators of any discipline residing in Spain and who are interested in exploring contemporary narratives and aesthetics through innovative formats that are integrated into the landscape. Projects that address sustainability issues and relationship with the natural environment will be especially valued.

Conditions of residence

The selected projects will be developed in the artist residence of Balada, in the heart of the Ebre revier Delta, between March and June 2025. The results will be presented within the programming of Eufònic 2025, which will take place between July 3 and 13 in various locations in the territory, such as Amposta, Tortosa and natural areas of the Terres de l’Ebre. Please note that Eufònic is divided into two weekends: the central days of the festival, from 10 to 13 July; and the previous weekend with openings of art installation and other activities in unique spaces, from 3 to 6 July.

How to present the candidacy

The call will be open until January 8, 2025. Those interested must submit their artistic proposal through the form, including a description of the project, the relationship with the natural environment and the objectives of creation. All proposals will be evaluated by a committee made up of representatives of Eufònic and Lo Pati, who will select those that best meet the criteria of the call.
