Several European programmers visit Eufònic 2018
Thanks to the collaboration of Acción Cultural Española (AC/E) through its Program for the Internationalisation of Spanish Culture (PICE), several musical programmers and directors of European festivals will visit Eufònic this year with the aim of learning about the Spanish artists programmed in this edition. Cathie Boyd, founder and artistic director of Cryptic and director of the Sonica festival in Glasgow (United Kingdom); Juha van’t Zelfde, founder and resident of the Progress Bar (Amsterdam) and director of the Shadow Channel program; and Daniel Erlacher, programmer and one of the founders of the Elevate festival in Graz (Austria), will also be participating in the 3rd professional conference #supportvisualists. The visitors program is completed by Olof van Winden, director of the Today’s Art festival in The Hague; and Gjoa Orheim, artistic director of the Insomnia festival in Tromso. The last three are also part of the We Are Europe network, an initiative formed in partnership by eight festivals in Europe.
