The Eufònic Pro 2025 program brings to the table the boundaries of contemporary creation. Concepts such as collaboration between humans and technology, digital practices in global contexts, the intersection of art and science, and new ways of thinking about residencies and creative processes generate knowledge and questions that continue to inspire practices and projects.
The reflections and perspectives led by Eufònic Pro’s usual suspects, Antònia Folguera and Marta Oliveres, returned once again to Escola d’Art i Cultura de Tortosa during two days designed to provide tools for understanding how contemporary art is produced and experienced, with questions, methodologies, and experiments that connect disciplines, languages, and territories, serving as a reference for future projects and creative explorations.
EUFÒNIC PRO 2025: LABORATORIES OF IDEAS, PRACTICES AND FUTURES
From poetic cannibalism as a driver of new visual and scenic narratives with Núria Rovira, Maria Canelles, and Camila Sanjinés, to the exploration of quantum computing applied to art with Eduard Alarcón; through paratheatricality with Sara Serrano and Kena Rodríguez, digital practices in international contexts within the framework of Co-Vision with Marie Dumontier, Charlotte Benedetti, Heracles Papatheodorou, and Clara Montero, or new frameworks for artistic residencies with Lina Choi and Isabel Archs, this edition has been an intense laboratory of creative questions and answers.
A program that also gave space to unique experiences, such as Spiral of Time by Edwin van der Heide in conversation with Arnau Horta, or projects that activate culture through intersection and innovation, with Cecilia Martín and Tanja Sæter, and many more voices working to expand the field of contemporary creation with Thalia Escribano, Solimán López, El Pati, and Zaiba Jabbar.
