Descolonizar nuestros patrones is a performance that places the body at the centre to trace how colonial logics still operate. Through looping gestures, spoken readings and memories shaped by migration histories, the piece activates a living archive where bodily, social and symbolic patterns repeat, shift and become visible.
Selected for Eufònic STNBL 2026, the piece is reactivated through a system that recognises movement and generates text in real time: each gesture produces language, and each repetition opens new connections. Using a minimal dataset —their own bodies and texts—, the system exposes how these patterns are constructed and how they can be disrupted from within.
